Service Description
What is in the sessions: Individualized session are an elite and customized opportunity to work with Coach Cavell to achieve more specific goals. This program is used for athletes that are just getting started and looking for focused attention to detail and technique or elite athletes looking to up their game and beat out the competition . These sessions also include NeuroSport Technology: NeuroSport training is a blend of traditional skills development and neuro training techniques developed specifically for sport and to increase focus. This also is a program that parents select for the one-on-one mentorship aspect, where athletes can lean into the program with dedicated time for unpacking mental setbacks or self-limiting beliefs. This program helps an athlete see their value, worth and gain overall confidence due to the structure of the sessions.
